These tiny apartments are for rent. The owners wanted to design a beautiful space in calm shades that most potential tenants would like. In addition, in a small area it was necessary to fit everything you need, namely a comfortable double bed, a compact kitchen set with a refrigerator and other necessary appliances. It was also possible to allocate a work area and storage space. Despite the abundance of functional areas, the output turned out to be a calm and cozy space with a variety of textures.

2 Bright apartment for tourists 25 sq. m

This apartment belongs to the designer, and the interior was designed by him. Since the living space will be rented out to guests of the city for a short time, it was decided to make an “unkillable” interior from vandal-proof materials. But it did not affect the aesthetics in any way. The style of youth cafes acted as a source of inspiration, so a neon sign appeared on the walls, and the ceiling was decorated in the loft style. The result is a bright, unusual and at the same time practical interior.

3 Mini-studio in industrial style 24 sq. m.

Usually loft-style interiors provide a large amount of free space. Nevertheless, the author of the project was able to organically fit elements of this style into the limited space of the studio. On an area of 24 squares, it was possible not only to equip a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a dedicated corridor, but also to combine several active textures at once: concrete, wood, velvet.

4 A small apartment with a spacious kitchen of 26.7 sq. m.

The owner of this apartment loves to travel, which has noticeably affected the design. It was based on a modern style with ethnic motifs reminiscent of trips to Bali. So a lot of wood and greenery appeared in the interior. Functionally, the area of a small apartment had to be divided between a cooking area, a dining room and a living room. In the kitchen, the hostess was going to spend time with friends, so a lot of space was needed. A folding sofa and a wardrobe were placed in the living area. As a result, it turned out to be an original cozy space with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable room.

5 Comfortable apartment for a girl of 27.9 sq. m.

This small studio originally had a complex layout (narrow at the window, it expanded to the entrance), was poorly lit and hardly suitable for arranging a comfortable space. However, after the renovation, the apartment turned out to be compact, but comfortable to live in. The designer managed to equip the studio with a separate place to sleep with a double bed, a full kitchen with all necessary appliances, a spacious storage system and even a workplace. A loft with ethnic motifs was chosen for decoration, but it was softened by using tactile pleasant textures and a gentle warm palette. Shades of pink, beige, brown and light gray are perfectly combined with each other.

6 Studio with a simple but stylish renovation of 24.4 sq. m.

The interior of this small studio apartment was designed for rent. It was based on the style of the 50s with simple shapes, furniture on thin legs and a bright palette. It was important to fill the living space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay of tenants. To make the elongated rectangular space more comfortable, a partition was removed between the room and the hallway, and in the bathroom, on the contrary, it was erected, thus allocating a shower room and making a place for a washing machine. Thanks to the well-chosen style, the studio looks simple, but at the same time cheerful and stylish.

7 Atypical men’s interior 28.1 sq. m.

This studio belongs to a young man. First of all, attention is attracted by non-stereotypical solutions: pastel colors, elements of elegant neoclassicism, a lot of light. At the same time, the functionality is also clearly thought out: thanks to the correct zoning, it was possible to place not only a place for cooking, a dining group and a residential part, but also spacious storage systems on a small area. They are available in all areas: in the hallway, in the kitchen, in the mini-bedroom and bathroom.
