“The first thing a designer encounters when coming to an object is the volume with which direct chemistry arises,” says Anna Tyashkun, founder of Buro Archimia. “It is important to hear and understand this chemistry, and then the space itself will prompt many solutions further.”

“The main idea of the project was to create space through the aesthetics of simplicity”

“The planning solution of this apartment was based on the idea of transforming a night in a five-star hotel into a lifestyle. This is how classical architectural techniques arose, based on a clear division of public and private zones, symmetry. And, of course, a ceremonial scale that can be created on any square. In our case, it is 75 square meters.”

“The central place in the living room was occupied by the Geo Delcourt Collection coffee table by Christophe Delcourt. This is the very first item chosen, from which the customer was delighted. His color palette and form became the starting point of the script of the whole project.”

“The author’s joinery in this project is not only functional due to hidden storage systems, but also very important from the point of view of architecture. Custom-made wooden panels and built-in cabinets transform the perception of space, forming a scale and correctly aligned axes.”

“The customer, a young woman with a strong-willed character, wanted to get a space with an author’s, individual design. At the same time, from ready-made objects, it was worth choosing only design icons or those items that have every chance of becoming such over time.”

“In this project there is a whole collection of big names of the best design masters of France and Italy”

“The finest cashmere from Loro Piana was used for sewing curtains. For furniture upholstery — fabrics from Pierre Frey and Dedar. Among the names of furniture designers are such big names as the already mentioned Christophe Delcourt, Christian Ligre, Romeo Sozzi, Jan Exelius. Architectural lighting from Erco gives the same enveloping soft light that the brand is famous for. And smart controls that allow you to adjust lighting, climate, underfloor heating and curtains are made with the help of Schneider Electric equipment. It is all this combined that allows us to feel the very luxury of minimalism and the aesthetics of simplicity, the image of which appeared before us at the first meeting with space.”
