So the interior of her apartment combines softness and rigidity, strength and tenderness, silk and stone. “The hostess believes that the interior is an internal reflection of her worldview and feeling of herself at a given time,” says designer Natalia Zavyalova. — It is not for nothing that they say that a designer must also be a psychologist in order to be able to read, unravel and understand what really suits the client and how to get into the “bullseye”.” The built-in furniture is made according to individual sketches of the designer. Photo Sergey Krasyuk In this project, one-room and two-room apartments were combined into one apartment. Therefore, it offers a magnificent view on three sides. The designers waited a long time for the approval of all the documents, but in the end everything was resolved safely, and the construction started already “with a clear conscience” that everything was allowed and agreed. Photo Sergey Krasyuk The main room of the house is a living room combined with a kitchen—dining room, which offers a breathtaking view from the 34th floor of the bend of the Moskva River and the skyscrapers of Moscow City. The kitchen-dining room is flooded with the sun from the very morning and already at breakfast creates a great mood, since the dining table is right by the window. And in the evening, buried in the soft cushions of the sofa, you can watch the sunset from the living room. Long winter evenings are pleasant to spend by the fireplace, admiring a real fire. A marble portal and a panel on the wall are framed by two wooden racks. The hostess rarely watches TV, but she likes the function of the interior mode, thanks to which you can admire world masterpieces and change the “picture” at will. Vase, Dantone Home. The designers removed the glass showcases with dishes, and the built-in appliances were placed in a separate column, so that it practically dissolves among the black gloss of the cabinets. Small household appliances look retro-futuristic and act as bright color accents. The facades of the kitchen are made of rare eucalyptus veneer under varnish. The big island, where the wine refrigerator is located, has become the main center of attraction in the kitchen area: during parties it is convenient to prepare cocktails behind it, and the granite countertop will withstand any strength tests. Photo Sergey Krasyuk The bedroom interior is a very personal story that the designer created based on the stories of the hostess of the house about what she considers comfortable, safe, sensual, beautiful. In this case, the main solution was a monochrome palette and a variety of textures: silk curtains of a soft milky shade, a fluffy carpet, solid wallpaper on the wall behind the headboard, brass moldings, wood trim and a comfortable bed with a high mattress, pillows and a blanket, which were selected with as much attention as any detail of this bedroom. A reading couch, brass sconces with transparent marble, a dressing table, a large dressing room and a master bathroom are all that any woman wants to have in the bedroom. Wallpaper, Yana Svetlova. Photo Sergey Krasyuk The combination of marble panels with wooden panels in the decoration of the walls of the master bathroom may seem controversial, but, as in nature, these materials are harmoniously combined, complementing each other. A large, roomy bathtub, built-in speakers with the ability to instantly connect music from any medium and candles create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and are able to relieve tension after a hard day’s work for a business lady. Moreover, despite the load of books and sculptures, the sash still opens easily and silently at the touch of a secret button. Photo Sergey Krasyuk In the guest bathroom, with the help of mirrors in the full height of the wall and mirrors on the inner surface of the door, it was possible to “break” the space and make it mysterious. Behind the theater curtains hides a home laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The black freestanding sink and toilet are complemented by brass plumbing fixtures and large pendant lights.
