The layout was changed slightly: in many ways, the designers were limited to load-bearing structures. However, this did not allow the authors of the project to plan the space in such a way that in addition to three living rooms, two more bathrooms and three utility rooms appeared in the apartment.

For all its monochrome, the interior does not look boring, it is saturated with details. This effect was achieved with the help of a variety of textures and competent work with light. With external austerity, the interior is filled with a large number of textures and materials.

The composition in the TV zone is made to order according to individual sketches of the authors of the project, Derevo group.

The combined kitchen-living room space is decorated with natural stone in combination with decorative plaster, metal inserts and large-format ceramics. The hanging lamp in the dining area emphasizes the strict geometry of the space and gives it dynamics. In the center of the living room there is a luxurious dark gray sofa, on which orange pillows stand out as a bright spot.

Raw slabs of gray granite are used in the design of the master bedroom. It is a whole block, which in addition to the sleeping area also includes a bathroom, a dressing room and a utility block. Thoughtful lighting emphasizes the geometry of the space and creates a special atmosphere in the room.

The bathroom is also decorated in different shades of gray and black. Large-format ceramics on the walls and decorative coating on the ceiling create a “box effect”. A separate area lined with black ceramics and equipped with illumination around the perimeter is allocated for a free-standing bath.

The storage system integrated behind the wall panels in the toilet area is made according to the sketches of the authors of the project.
