They imagined their new home to be bright, respectable and cozy. Therefore, we immediately chose modern classics as the main stylistic direction: the interior turned out to be concise in a European way, without “merchant” luxury – just as the customers wanted.” Armchair, Dantone Home. In particular, we have swapped the private and public areas: now the living room and kitchens “look” at the street, and the bedroom is in a quiet courtyard. In the hallway we made a niche for a wardrobe, in the bedroom we organized a dressing room that can serve as an office. A shower room was added to the bathroom, a washing machine and dryer were placed in a niche, and most of the space was allocated for a relaxation area — with a free-standing bathroom and a window.” TV area and niche in the wall, carpentry workshop “MSM”. The palette is based on nuances of color — complex pearl and ash shades with neat inclusions of mustard and brass.” Console, Hooker Furniture, Furniture Gallery. Lamps, Farol. There is a lot of built-in furniture in the living room area. So that it does not “crush” with its mass, we combined blind and glazed facades. The TV area was allocated with a wood veneer in the “butterfly” layout, the shade of which echoes the color of the parquet on the floor.” Bedroom. Bed Flor, Rooma Design. Wallpaper, Harlequin. To increase the storage volume, we added a third, “mezzanine” module to the kitchen.” Bedside table Gaelen, Gramercy Home. Engravings, Factory of prints. Vase, “House of Porcelain”. The box, Pinetti. Coral-printed wallpaper and botanical-patterned textiles helped us create the right atmosphere.” Hallway. Tile, Original Style. Console, carpentry workshop “MSM”. Bra, Hudson Valley. Secondly, in the design of cabinets, we combined several techniques at once. One part of the facades is decorated with slats, the other with mirrors. We also covered some of the doors with wallpaper, so that the cabinets merge with the surface of the walls.” Authors of the project: designer Andrey Nekrasov, T. +7 916 396-16-76Tile, Original Style.
