When decorating the interior of this house, the designer, like the customer, had to solve a lot of problems, but when the most difficult thing was left behind, they gladly switched to pleasant chores. Together they chose furniture and, having fallen in love with a Moroccan chest, used it as a coffee table, and bought a peacock-print armchair as a finishing touch for the living room. And the interior has acquired the necessary oriental sound.

Customers and tasks

The hostess dreamed of a bright, cozy interior with a large dining table in the kitchen, at which a whole company could gather. She also saw a living room with a sufficient number of seats, a nursery for the interests of each child, and her bedroom as in an oriental fairy tale.

Layout

The house is located in a rural village near Chelyabinsk. The construction was carried out without a project. Unfortunately, when buying a building, the hostess did not even imagine what difficulties she would have to face and how the lack of a plan would affect the creation of a living space. 

The designer had to fix a lot, and to level out something, to hide. First of all, the second entrance door was laid with a brick, which led from the living room directly to the garage (there was no corridor or vestibule), and the window next to the door (it did not really let in light because of the street canopy). 

Then we turned to the staircase structure. During the construction of the house, no one thought how exactly the future owners would go up to the second floor. And the designer literally broke her head, cutting out centimeters for a convenient design. 

There was no room for a closet in the hallway. It was necessary to dismantle part of the internal brick walls enclosing the current bathroom and office, and to arrange niches for built-in cabinets.
