A new restaurant Due Forni under the leadership of brand chef Remo Mazzucato has opened in Bolshoy Savvinsky Lane. On an area of 165 sq . there is a main hall, an upper half-floor with panoramic windows, verandas, a winter garden, a bar and a cafe. The design studio “Geometry” and its founder, architect Irina Glik were engaged in the design of the space.

The clean, minimalistic interior is made in a classic spirit and designed so that guests feel comfortable both during festive celebrations and in the normal operating mode of the restaurant. The walls are lined with tinted oak, and the supporting columns are sewn into a metal shell, turning them into accent sculptural objects. If necessary, the hall can be zoned using mobile leather panels. At the same time, guests will be able to get to the veranda directly from the bar, decorated with a red lacquered plane tree.

The walls of the veranda, in turn, are decorated with panels of gray brushed pine, and the ceiling is sheathed with oak noodles. The main accent element here is chandeliers—sockets made of brass. In the open kitchen there are Due Forni — two ovens that gave the name to the restaurant. The brutal atmosphere is inspired by the palette of a picnic in the wild forest — these are shades of moss in the upholstery of chairs, tree bark in the paneling of walls and ceiling. Through the passage with large cupboards, you can get to the bar and the winter garden with a fireplace and a painted ceiling, more intimate, but also noteworthy spaces of the restaurant.
