Anna Maltseva’s new project apartment for temporary stay is made in the budget segment, but it looks stylish, visually expensive and filled with the necessary functionality.

Customers and tasks 

This apartment belongs to an adult woman. She does not live in Moscow, but has purchased real estate in the capital in order to stay comfortably during frequent visits. It is also assumed that her family and friends can stay here. The hostess invited the designer Anna Maltseva for interior decoration. The task was to make a bright, clean and comfortable space with the necessary storage systems, a separate bedroom and additional places to sleep. It was important to fit into a limited budget. 

Redevelopment

Initially it was a standard studio apartment with a separate kitchen, bathroom, balcony, dressing room and bathroom. In order to fulfill the wish for a sleeping area, we decided to abandon the dressing room. Thus, the room was divided into a living room and a bedroom, the latter is closed by a glass partition with a door. For extra privacy, a curtain. 

In addition, the partition between the new bedroom and the hallway was also removed in order to build a new one of the right shape to accommodate cabinets. 

The kitchen has also been equipped with a mini-living room, reducing the kitchen area to a minimum. Thus, in a small apartment, it turned out to be almost a eurotree, two isolated zones, one kitchen-living room.
