Customers and tasks

The owners of this apartment in Moscow are a married couple. Adult children live separately, the spouses have a country house, and this apartment was supposed to be for two to spend time during visits to the city. The family turned to the designer Anastasia Semenova. Specific interior design tasks were identified: a combined kitchen-living room, an isolated bedroom, a dressing room in the bedroom and hallway, a separate laundry area. 

Redevelopment 

According to the original plan, there were two rooms on 60 square meters, a bathroom, a guest bathroom, a dressing room and a spacious hallway that connected all the rooms. The redevelopment was not large-scale. One of the guest bathrooms, closer to the entrance to the apartment, was turned into a laundry room with a dressing room. To do this, a part of the adjacent corridor was attached to it. Another part of the corridor was given to the kitchen and built-in columns with appliances were organized in this place. The entrance to the kitchen was moved to the living room now these rooms are connected by an open doorway. A part of the corridor was attached to the bedroom and the entrance to the dressing room was turned from the hallway to the bedroom. It was also increased due to the corridor. Thus, the dressing room was attached to the private area of the apartment.
