How to make a beige interior not boring: a real example of an apartment in a typical panel house Design 25.04.2022 To add to the calm palette of color accents, textures and shapes, here is the recipe that the authors of this project used. Look! Customers and tasks The owners of this apartment in the P-3M series house are a young married couple with a small child. They turned to the studio Lierne design with the task of designing a modern comfortable interior that will be relevant for a long time. The authors of the project, designers Anna Markova and Ksenia Shabalina, chose a universal option of light beige shades, natural textures and bright accents, which can be changed if desired. Layout This apartment has a fairly large area of almost 90 squares, originally there were two bathrooms, three rooms, a kitchen and two balconies. The layout was slightly changed by the previous owners and the bathroom was enlarged due to the corridor. The current owners did not want to change it, they were satisfied with the number of rooms and ergonomics. The only thing they decided to change was to abandon the second, small bathroom and make a dressing room in its place. And so they did. A living room was organized in the room adjacent to the kitchen. It turned out to be a common space. The private block of the owners is separated at the same time. A corridor opens from the hallway, from where you can get to the children’s and parents’ bedroom. Between them is the dressing room that was made from the bathroom. From the master bedroom there is an exit to the balcony. Where to look for announcements of materials and fresh ideas for the interior? Subscribe to our channels!
