The owner of this Moscow apartment is a young girl. She runs a tour desk in the capital, loves art and is fond of history. The hostess turned to a married couple of designers Anastasia and Evgeny Russian with a request to design a space for her. “The main request was to organize the kitchen-living room in such a way that it was possible to work there, gather with friends, but so that the space remained light and airy,” the authors of the project say.

Layout

It should be noted that the original layout corresponded to the hostess’s request for a kitchen-living room. Today, such apartments are called eurodwells, developers rent them out with a large kitchen, where you can organize both a living area and a small bedroom. Therefore, a global redevelopment was not needed. Small changes were still made. The entrance to the bedroom was made from the living room, not from the corridor. The previous doorway was laid and a cabinet was built in its place. The partition that separated the kitchen from the hallway was removed to comfortably accommodate the kitchen set. The expansion of the “wet” zone to a non-residential hallway is not difficult to coordinate, it is permissible.
