“The goal of the project was to create a very personal space for relaxation and complete unity with nature,” the architects say. — From the north, where the entrance to the site is located, the building opens in the form of an ascetic one-story volume with a minimum number of windows. The main rooms are turned towards the southern part of the plot and the forest, the view of which opens through panoramic windows. Devoid of bindings, they look like laconic black frames for picturesque landscapes that are constantly changing depending on the weather and time of day.”

“Interiors have become a continuation of the exterior. For interior decoration, as well as for facades, only safe natural materials and natural colors were chosen.”

“As for the layout, everything is extremely logical and concise. The entrance group conditionally divides the house into two parts – public and personal. The first includes a kitchen-dining room and a two-light living room with a round wood-burning stove-fireplace. Above the kitchen-living room there is a mezzanine recreation area designed for reading books, relaxation, games with children and daytime sleep. The private part of the house includes a boudoir area, bathrooms and special rooms for yoga and meditation.”

“Various architectural elements and details flow from one space to another, creating a single interconnected structure, the core of which is the hearth. A cylindrical wood-burning stove-fireplace distributes heat by 360°. A through-glass firebox allows you to observe the fire from different sides. In addition, the heat-resistant ceramic casing of the furnace makes it very safe to operate.”

“An ascetic space of pure form and meditative views from the windows – this is about how the customers imagined their home — a progressive young family for whom comfort, environmental friendliness, privacy and the desire to independently set the pace of their life are important. But the funniest thing turned out to be that this feeling of relaxation of life in nature was somehow transmitted to all participants of the construction site.”

For the landscaping of the garden outside the window, natural materials were used: coniferous wood, birch planken, white marble gravel, gabion.

“The beauty and privacy of the place where the house was being built had an incomprehensible effect on any contractor who appeared on the site. Professionals of the construction business, arriving at the facility, felt a certain peace and relaxation, began to live a country life, actively communicating in nature, admiring the views. Every new day it was necessary to tune in to work and fight the temptation to linger on the next picturesque view.”
