In the new project of the WowDom bureau, a restrained palette of gray tones is diluted with warm shades of wood and greenery of indoor plants

A simple and concise interior with a minimum number of textures and decorative items — this was the main wish of the customer. “We had to create a “clean” thoughtful space where every thing has its place,” says Irina Cherneykina, founder of the WowDom bureau.

“We have completely redone the layout from the developer. In the hallway area, it was possible to place a dressing room, a separate laundry room and a guest bathroom. To the left of the entrance there is a common space with a kitchen-dining room and a spacious living room and loggia, and in the right part of the apartment there is a master bedroom, an office with a relaxation area and a home gym.”

“In order to increase the living room area and the amount of daylight, we replaced the small balcony door with sliding glass partitions. On the loggia we organized a cozy place to relax with a hanging chair and a side table. The TV area was complemented by an Indian silk carpet and a floor lamp, gracefully curved over a large sofa. In the kitchen, the role of an additional workplace is performed by a kitchen island. We also designed a small breakfast bar and a full-fledged dining table. All storage spaces are hidden behind facades, which are interspersed with matching wall panels.”

“The layout of the bedroom made it possible to place a built-in wardrobe system behind the headboard of the bed, through which you can go to the master bathroom. Glass doors also lead to the loggia from the bedroom, which create the illusion of direct access to the street. The feeling of being in a country house is enhanced by a bio—fireplace – you can admire the flame without getting out of bed.”
