OBJECT PARAMETERS Property type:flat Where is located: Minsk, residential complex “Novaya Borovaya” Square footage: 105 m2 Style: Modern The main idea of the project: to create a bright interior that reveals the character of the owners Color scheme: gray with the addition of emerald green, yellow, blue and pink accents Project authors: architect Svetlana Artamonova, @proart_architecture_design; http://pro-art.by ; [email protected] The customers, a young family with two children and a dog, wanted to see something unusual and non-standard in the interior. Having lived in a white apartment for several years, they wanted to surround themselves with colors, a variety of textures and textures. For the children’s rooms, the clients asked to create an individual space, according to the age of the children, without making the children’s “for growth”. They wanted to “feel the individuality of their apartment, and not come home like a hotel.” The original layout was a common space with a large number of corridors to the living rooms. Designer Svetlana Artamonova moved the kitchen-living room to the center of the apartment and separated two children’s rooms from the bedroom, reducing the number of corridors and forming the core of the apartment. The planning solution allowed the designer to place a wardrobe in the hallway. And thanks to the frosted glass partitions between the hallway and the children’s rooms, the hallway is always filled with soft natural light. With the other panel, the opposite is true: when the bright sun is shining, you can pull out the blue panel, and the apartment will visually become cooler. Click In the bedroom, the entire emphasis is on the headboard, wallpaper and soft panel. On the wall near the makeup table there is a panel with shelves for books. The nursery for the girl turned out to be a real fairy-tale forest: a bed-house and the stylization of mountains passes from the closet to the wall. The desktop is also made in the form of a house.
