Creating the interior of an apartment with an area of 36 square meters, designers Larisa and Natalia Kravchenkov thought through everything to the smallest detail. The customer could only solemnly “cut the ribbon”

“It’s not the first time the landlady has contacted us, so the work was based on mutual trust. “I just want to come and solemnly cut the ribbon,” was her main wish, — say the authors of the project Larisa and Natalia Kravchenkov. — The apartment was intended for rental, so the interior had to be quite versatile, but without beige tones, and also within a reasonable budget.”

“The area of the apartment is small — only 36 square meters. meters. Load—bearing structures on the ceiling and the position of technical points — water and gas risers – did not allow for a cardinal layout. Therefore, we had to compromise: make a passage to the kitchen-living room through the bedroom. Sliding doors and built-in furniture helped to differentiate functional areas and save maximum free space.

In order not to overload the interior, we used a minimum of color combinations. The walls and ceiling are painted in one light green shade. Against its background, blue doors and portals stand out, which visually pull the space up. Also, art objects bring colors: a bright “Persimmon” by Andrey Serkov and a pastel by Olga Abramova.”

“In the small space of the kitchen-living room, we have allocated a TV area with panels finished with oak veneer with complex tinting. They create the effect of depth and expand the space, and at the top, behind one of the panels, gas pipes are hidden (if necessary, they can be accessed). Opposite there is a small sofa on which you can comfortably sit at the dining table.”
