The Presidential Cottage consists of four spacious rooms and a fireplace room with a dining area for twelve people. The secluded courtyard has its own heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

“When I was thinking about building the Utesov Hotel, I imagined shooting Bond films from the time of Sean Connery and Fantomas with Jean Mare,” says Nikolai Petrov, the author of the first designer hotel in Anapa. For each category (by the way, there are no standard rooms here, the countdown begins with the Junior Suite), its own color scheme is chosen: pistachio, light lilac, chocolate or sky blue. After the success in Courchevel and Val Thorens, entrepreneur Oleg Tinkov opened the first private guest complex in Russia, La Datcha, in Astrakhan. The creative concept of La Datcha Tinkoff Collection was developed by architect Vasily Shprits. “When drawing the facade, we started from the image of a landing stage — a floating pier to which steamers moored on the Volga,” says architect Svetlana Bednyakova. — The house looks at the canal, through which it is easy to get to the big water”, www.ladatcha.com

“Bolotov. Dacha”, a village of Dvoryaninovo, Tula region 

When developing the architectural solution of the “Big House”, the authors of the project were inspired by Russian dachas of the late XIX – early XX centuries.

“Bolotov.Dacha” is the cultural center of the village of Dvoryaninovo, Tula region. A large, welcoming house built in the Russian manor style, with a spacious living room, a glazed veranda and a summer outdoor terrace. The river Skniga flows under the windows, you can walk around the fields and forests, visit historical sites, farms. Design hotel “Dot on the map. Priozersk”

A two-hour drive from St. Petersburg, where the Vuoksa River flows into Lake Ladoga, the second design hotel of the Dot on the Map chain opened in July 2017.
