“The already built townhouse dictated the placement of rooms on three floors,” says decorator Katya Gerdt. — On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace and a library. On the second floor there is a large master bedroom with its own dressing room and bathroom. There is also a guest room with unique items of French Provence. On the third floor there is a son’s bedroom, a guest room and an office—workshop for the owner of the house.”

“The customers had only one wish — to satisfy the interests of each of the family members: a husband who wanted to have an office-workshop, a 20-year-old son who needed a separate space, to make a room for an elderly mother and a guest room. And together with the art and photos on the walls to meet a certain budget.”

Everywhere in the house there are objects and works of art of different times and styles from my gallery, much has been found in French and Belgian galleries.”
