We show examples of projects where wallpaper in the kitchen looks modern, organic and very beautiful.

1 Ironic wallpaper in a bright interior

The interior of this apartment was designed by the designer for herself and her family, choosing an atypical South American style. Bright colors are side by side with the background design, and natural materials of decoration and furniture balance them. The palette is mostly warm, which makes the kitchen as cozy as possible. An unusual shade of boiled crayfish was chosen for the headset, as the designer herself describes it. It is complemented by a green sofa and wooden dining furniture. The finish turned out to be neutral, but “with character”. So, light beige wallpaper with an ironic and a little naive plot appeared on the wall in the dining area: they depict forest thickets in which raccoons hid. 

2 Wallpaper with a classic pattern in the dining area

The interior of this apartment was simply asked by the customers to update, refreshing the finish and slightly changing the palette. For the kitchen, beige and creamy tones were chosen as the basic outflows, and for the accent they took a deep plum. The apron is finished with tiles in this color. The wallpaper was used on the wall opposite the headset where the dining group is located. The canvases were chosen in calm tones, with a symmetrical abstract pattern, a reference to the classical style. The unobtrusive pattern is combined with large geometric shapes that set the rhythm of the interior and organize the space.

3 Art Deco Accent Wallpapers

A rich complex palette was chosen for the design of this kitchen. Deep beetroot, blue and purple were used as the main shades, and they are diluted with fresher mint and powdery. The colors were chosen so that they favorably accentuate the accent wallpaper in the dining area. The panel depicts a lush and colorful exotic garden. To add an atmosphere of classics, the wallpaper was framed with moldings. 

4 Tropical wallpaper on the wall behind the headset

The interior of this kitchen is made in a calm color scheme, but with bright accents. The main one is in the wall decoration behind the kitchen set. It is covered with colorful tropical-themed wallpaper. They depict a black-and-white jungle in which colorful parrots and toucans lurk. The drawing is both calm and very effective. The wallpaper looks especially unusual behind the kitchen cabinets on the wall going up to the ceiling. This solution makes it possible to abandon excessive decoration and design the interior laconically, leaving the main role to the plot on the wallpaper.

5 A combination of wallpaper in the kitchen with a resort mood

When designing this interior, the designer was faced with the task of creating a space that would remind of a vacation and was very cozy. A warm palette in beige, brown and orange tones was chosen for the kitchen. All this is complemented by a diverse textured finish: patterned tiles on the apron and a combination of wallpaper. The wall behind the dining area is covered with bright canvases with delicate images of thin branches of trees. In colors, they repeat the decoration of the apron. The area behind the sofa is decorated with plain textile wallpaper, which looks interesting due to the pronounced texture.
