Anastasia Timoshevskaya, founder of the Troubadour brand, is sure that vintage and authentic gizmos brought from travel make the house really cozy and reflect the individuality of its owners. So the idea was born to create your own store of vintage carpets and rare decor from different countries.

Troubadour Showroom is located in a former industrial building from 1904 with high ceilings and huge windows. During the renovation under the suspended ceilings, the team found stucco, and under five layers of different flooring — the original parquet. The restored details are harmoniously combined with references to Moroccan architecture: walls covered with rough beige plaster, and arches framing shelves.

The space is decorated with vintage furniture and large clay vases in the spirit of wabi-sabi, which were made by ceramist Tatiana Solodovnikova. Their rounded shapes are inspired by sea stones and pebbles and remind of harmony and natural imperfection. The subdued color scheme is diluted with multicolored vintage kilims, Berber carpets and velvet pillows, which anyone can buy.
