Photo Sergey Krasyuk “An interior that gives a full rest from the bustling metropolis and allows you to feel close to nature while living in the very center of Moscow – this is how customers, a married couple with a student daughter, imagined their ideal home,” says Elena Berezina, creative head of the S-Classic design bureau. We continued this drawing of branches in picturesque veins of natural marble, tiles and in an abstract painting in the living room.” Kitchen, Poliform. Photo Sergey Krasyuk Library, Poliform. Photo Sergey Krasyuk “We balanced the texture of the stone with soft, comfortable forms of sofas, chairs and leather wall panels that serve as a backdrop for a soft relaxation area.” Sofa and carpet, Minotti. The sliding facades of the Pocket doors system hide an additional working area behind them, where it is convenient to use mixers and blenders. Household appliances: Miele and Gaggenau. Photo Sergey Krasyuk “Almost all surfaces, such as a marble table and kitchen facades in a warm sand color, are glossy, which creates a game of reflections and fills the space with light. In the dining area, it is refracted in the pendants of a chandelier made of rock crystal.” Chairs, Minotti. Chandelier, Ochre. Wooden wall panels, Res. Photo Sergey Krasyuk “In order to save space, the entrance to the bedroom was located directly in the living room. But you can only find out about it if the door is open. When closed, it is part of a single canvas of corrugated wooden panels.” View from the living room to the bedroom. The wall with a secret door is lined with wooden panels from Res. The branches of the trees growing in the courtyard seemed to be imprinted in a picturesque pattern of marble veins Furniture, Minotti. Table lamp, Oluce. The wall at the head of the bed is lined with natural marble. Parquet, Mardegan Legno. Photo Sergey Krasyuk “Natural shades, collected in a rich palette of stone, determined the color scheme of furniture and textiles. Another important criterion was the texture — all the materials in this project are incredibly pleasant to the touch.” View from the bedroom to the dressing room and bathroom. Photo Sergey Krasyuk “The bedroom flows smoothly into the dressing area, which we have equipped with a Backstage system from B&B Italia. The interior decoration made of genuine leather in a beautiful orange color and the competent organization of the storage system creates the mood of the couture fitting room.” Dressing room system Backstage, designed by Antonio Citterio for B&B Italia. The wide doors are equipped with a rotary mechanism, due to which they do not take up much space in the room and provide easy access to the interior of the cabinets. Photo Sergey Krasyuk “There is a bathroom right behind the dressing room. Saving every inch of expensive living space, we used sliding doors that do not take up space in the space.” The wide double sink, Milldue, is made of marble, and the mirror hides spacious lockers for cosmetics. Photo Sergey Krasyuk “Having saved space due to sliding doors, we managed to equip a real wellness area in the bathroom, which includes a steam shower cabin and a professional hammam! In a city apartment, this is a real luxury.” Daughter’s room. Furniture and carpet, Minotti. Mattress, Vispring. Wall decoration: marble, plaster panels from Orac Decor, wallpaper from Nobilis. Parquet, Mardegan Legno. Photo Sergey Krasyuk “All textures echo and harmonize with each other. In the daughter’s room, the folds of the curtains are combined with the plasticity of the plaster relief panels used to finish the wall at the head of the bed. The neighboring wall seems to be stone in appearance and to the touch, but it is wallpaper with imitation travertine, which also creates an additional game.” Furniture and carpet, Minotti. Photo Sergey Krasyuk High-quality, thoughtful design elevates. Sometimes literally. “Absolutely all the doors in this apartment, cabinets and even the library are designed to be as high as the ceiling, which makes the lines clean and visually stretches the space,” says Elena. —It is precisely such details, combined with modern technologies, that form the “uncompromising comfort” that customers dreamed of.” Hall.
