The interior was created for a cheerful, modest, young entrepreneur. We tried to reflect all these qualities in the design of the space. We were invited at the stage of choosing and buying apartments. It was important for the customer to have an open terrace where he could spend his free time. We looked at several options of different sizes and developed planning solutions for them. Despite the fact that these apartments were smaller than the others, they turned out to be the most successful for the implementation of our joint ideas.

The main advantage of the object is deservedly considered a corner terrace with the possibility of exit from different rooms. This solution creates a unique opportunity for a circular layout, flowing light and air space.

When we first got into the apartment, we were greeted by beautiful sunlight coming in from the panoramic windows. The soft rays of the sun alternated with the shadow on the white walls. Inspired by this warm and cozy atmosphere, we decided to create a bright, clean interior with an emphasis on high-quality natural materials, comfort and simplicity.

On an area of 81 sq.m, we have identified four main areas: a combined kitchen-living room with access to the terrace; an office, which on weekends serves as a continuation of the living room; a master bedroom with a bathroom and a guest bathroom with storage and laundry room.

Functionality was especially important to us. In the project we used the hidden kitchen of the Modulnova factory with sliding facades. It can be hidden from prying eyes at any time, which allows you to hold video conferences in a spacious and bright living room without revealing unnecessary details. We gave the right section of the kitchen to a bar with a stainless steel pull-out countertop, an oven and wine storage.

Wardrobes in the dressing room and bedroom are designed according to the “standards” of selected European factories, and the walls are already built taking into account the exact dimensions. This approach allows you to use the space as efficiently as possible.

There is always a comfortable temperature in every room. The system, which includes air conditioners, heating convectors, underfloor heating and wooden blinds, itself “understands” which equipment needs to be turned on or off to maintain the set parameters at different times of the year. You can control the climate using a smartphone or a wall remote control.

Technical lighting was designed jointly with Flos specialists. The project provides for different use cases: private, ceremonial and accent. The characteristics of the built-in light and the location of the lamps greatly affect the perception of colors and textures of materials, on the diversity of which we have placed a bet. Natural stone, eucalyptus veneer, metal, copper helped to create a harmonious multi-layered interior without sharp contrasts. The main focus was art, carefully selected throughout the implementation. A separate place is occupied by the decorative panel De Castelli designed by Leonardo Sonnoli. The DeLabre black sheet metal module system with brass inserts promotes randomness as a method of creating a unique and original composition, with a very impressive weight of about 100 kg.
