Style: Tatiana Gedike This is not the first time my team has been working in Moscow City. We got the apartment in a white box finish. In order to achieve all the necessary approvals with the management company, we connected the sharpest minds of the contractors, and within a month all the issues were resolved. By the way, the customer was at the facility only two times — at the first presentation of materials and already at the delivery. It took two months to create the project, and all the work was completed in six. Hanging lamps, Ulyana Khokhlova. Cabinets and kitchen are made to order, carpentry workshop of Vladimir Kubyshin. A prerequisite was to place a bathtub and a spacious shower room. We decided to share this task and moved the bath to the sleeping area, which offers an amazing view of the city. The space also managed to organize a kitchenette, a bedroom, a sitting area with a TV and a sofa and, at the request of the owner of the apartment, a workplace with a comfortable armchair and an attached pouf. Style: Tatiana Gedike In each project, it is important for me to find a balance between the individuality of the customer and the author’s vision. In this project, I tried to convey the peculiarities of the male character in the palette and bring uniqueness due to the unusual layout and non-standard forms. We used the illumination of columns and mirrored niches on the ceiling as decorative accents, and functionally divided all the zones by lighting. In addition to this, air conditioning and humidification systems have been built in. Plumbing and tiles on the podium, Porcelanosa, Zodiac. Parquet, Finex. Mirror panels, Sksteklo. Architectural columns dividing the space have become such a find here. As for unusual objects, we worked with the subject designer Ulyana Khokhlova on hanging lamps in the living room area, and the sculptor Lev Efimov created for us an object in the form of asymmetric air bubbles, which we placed on a pedestal.
