They wanted to create an attractive interior with a twist. The main reference point was the Scandinavian style, but I suggested abandoning the characteristic white walls in favor of a light gray shade and adding more bright colors. The owners supported my idea. Bed, IKEA. Photo Roman Spiridonov Bra, Nowodvorski. Photo Roman Spiridonov Sconce, ST-Luce. Wardrobe and desk, IKEA. Photo Roman Spiridonov A fragment of the bedroom. Photo Roman Spiridonov In addition to color, I focused on geometry. Graphic frames of moldings visually separate the living room and bedroom areas and emphasize the panels above the sofa. It consists of two rectangular and round subframes connected to each other. Canvases that I painted myself are stretched on them. The bed is hidden behind a planter partition decorated with narrow rectangular mirrors. Their slender row is continued by wooden slats that limit the workplace. Porcelain stoneware, Italon Ceramica. Photo Roman Spiridonov In the hallway on the green wall you can see (or not see) the door leading to the bathroom. It is installed in a hidden box and painted in the color of the wall. This is done in order to once again “not cut” the planes and not crush the wall into small surfaces. The same shade of green goes into the kitchen, thereby combining the two rooms. Photo Roman Spiridonov Each functional area is highlighted by a picture. I selected the works according to color combinations. In addition, there are red accents in each room: a side table in the living room, chairs in the kitchen and on the balcony, as well as a mirror in a bright frame in the bathroom. As a result, the apartment turned out to be so colorful and cozy that within an hour after placing the ad, the owners found tenants. Bathroom. Porcelain stoneware, Gracia ceramica.
