Bright studio of 50 m2 in Krasnodar Design 06.03.2022 Studio Kiparch architects designed a turnkey apartment, which provides for every detail – from household appliances to towels Photo Sergey Denisenko This project was created for sale. The apartment had to have everything necessary for life, so that the buyer could immediately stop by and not worry about anything. “We have provided every detail, up to dishes, cutlery, bed linen and towels, as well as additional household appliances, such as a robot vacuum cleaner and an air humidifier,” says designer Anatoly Kotov. On an area of 50 sq.m there are five functional zones: kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and dressing room, which we made as hidden as possible due to high doors that merge with decorative panels.” Photo Sergey Denisenko Photo Sergey Denisenko Photo Sergey Denisenko “The corridor area and the kitchen pencil case are a single form of white vertical panels. In the kitchen, we abandoned the upper drawers and made a low apron, which helped visually increase the work surface. A soft modular sofa became the center of the living room. Opposite it is a TV, complemented by a hanging shelf, which seems to penetrate the glass partition of the bedroom, linking the space into a single whole.” Photo Sergey Denisenko Photo Sergey Denisenko Photo Sergey Denisenko “The bedroom is separated by tinted glass partitions, which partially protect this area from sunlight and make it invisible from the corridor. The bed is complemented by a wide padded headboard. The wall behind the headboard is decorated with a black panel that ends with a hidden wardrobe for storing clothes.” Photo Sergey Denisenko Photo Sergey Denisenko “In the bathroom, the shower area is also fenced off by a high glass partition. The sink area is decorated with a backlit mirror. It’s as if it cuts through the bedside table and rushes to the ceiling.” The authors of the project: designer Anatoly Kotov, studio Kiparch architects, www.kiparh.com , [email protected] , @kiparh Photo Sergey Denisenko Photo Sergey Denisenko Original content from the site
