Budget interior of a small studio in Krasnaya Polyana Design 23.11.2022 Natalia Zakharova designed this studio with an area of only 32 square meters into a pandemic, imagining a married couple who would want to survive quarantine in some pleasant place. And what could be more pleasant than mountains and the sea? Living room and bedroom area. The niche with the bed is highlighted in color and decorated with paintings based on the plants of Krasnaya Polyana (artist Ekaterina Kulkova). Photo Natalia Zakharova “In this whole room, the most important thing, in my opinion, is the windows,” says designer Natalia Zakharova. “Everything revolved around emphasizing the look.” The customers bought this apartment in Krasnaya Polyana “for rent”, the most attractive thing in it is the location and view. The view from the windows is such that you can’t tear yourself away, and at any time of the year. In summer, the foliage is green, in autumn it turns purple-gold, and in winter the slope is covered with snow. “I decided,” says Natalia, “to let nature into the house.” The niche in which the bedroom is located, the designer initially wanted to decorate with wallpaper, but there was no suitable shade. And the painting solved this problem, because all the colors were taken from the interior. Photo Natalia Zakharova Living room area, fragment. Sofa “Aril”, divan.ru Photo Natalia Zakharova The interior turned out to be bright and functional. Initially, Natalia was worried that it would not be possible to make a sufficient number of storage places and at the same time not clutter up all the walls with cabinets. In the end, a fairly large dressing room decided everything. She even allowed to abandon the chest of drawers planned at the beginning between the bed and the sofa, which greatly facilitated the space visually. For outerwear, there is a small niche on the hooks at the entrance. Dining group. Table and chairs, krastol.ru . Round shelves on the wall, M-Group. Photo Natalia Zakharova The project, as its author says, is budget-friendly, so there are no expensive items here. But there are many design ideas that provide comfort. Sconces in the sleeping area, for example, are made in the form of shelves for charging phones and have a built-in USB connector. In the dining area, the lamp changes the color of the light, which helps to create a different mood. It is hung at such a height that it does not visually overlap the round shelves on the wall. Photo Natalia Zakharova In the living room area, Natalia Zakharova herself really likes the idea of a radiator-fireplace. The radiator is painted in the color of the wall and decorated with a fireplace portal. It is much more cozy with a fireplace, especially in winter, when snowy mountain peaks are visible to the right and left of it. The bar counter in the kitchen. Ami chairs were bought at Wildberries. Photo Natalia Zakharova The bar counter in the kitchen, according to the designer, was not originally planned, but in the process of renovation she “asked” for this place and eventually became one of the points from which the best panorama view outside the window opens. Other “observation points” are a sofa, a bed, a dining area. Kitchen. The green part is IKEA, the white part is Hoff. Photo Natalia Zakharova The interior smoothly flows into the view outside the window, all the colors are taken from the mountain landscape: as in the nature of Krasnaya Polyana, most of all there is white, green and terracotta. The black dots in the kitchen next to the refrigerator are the author’s work. “I really wanted some laconic decor on the light wall,” the designer explains. “As a result, I painted the wine corks and fixed them on the wall.” Photo Natalia Zakharova The green color in this apartment confidently dominates. “During the renovation, everyone laughed at me — both my husband and the builders — because whatever I bought, everything was the same color,” Natalia recalls. — When they brought a sofa or, say, I brought paint for the pantry, they said: “Well, what? Green again?”” There are curtains on the windows, but they are unlikely to be closed: you can admire the mountain landscape endlessly. Photo Natalia Zakharova Original content from the site
