TriArt Studio has designed a country house in natural tones, where there is everything for a comfortable stay with family and friends

“Our task was to design a complex of buildings on a plot of 40 acres. The customers, a young family with two children, turned to us when the frame of the main house was already ready. We needed to redevelop, adding rooms. At the same time, it was important not to violate the architectural style of the house, since the whole village has a uniform style and color scheme of facades. The dining room is located in a new space with huge windows. It is especially good here in summer, when the surrounding greenery fills the whole room,” the authors of the project say.

“We also designed the gazebo and the sauna complex in such a way as to erase the boundary between the interiors and the site. In the concept of all the buildings, we used a combination of wood of a natural dark shade and wood covered with light paint. We also supported their unity with the construction of ceilings with beams and trusses.”

“When choosing colors for the interior decoration of the house, we focused on the nature around. The shade of the wooden walls and ceilings echoes the color of the bark of the century-old pines located next to the site, and the floors resemble gray Karelian boulders in color. Another source of inspiration was the natural marble Verde Alligator, combining shades of water, stone and forest. Since we used marble in the design of the master bathroom, its blue tones moved into the interior of the bedroom, and then appeared in other rooms.”

“The continuation of the main house is a gazebo, which can be accessed via a wooden terrace. The graphic quality of the finishing materials emphasizes the beauty of the lakes and forests located behind the panoramic windows. Most of the space is occupied by a light metallic table surrounded by black wicker chairs with white faux fur skins. A particularly cozy atmosphere in the evening is created by the illumination, which appears in broken lines from under the slightly greenish quartzite of the kitchen countertop.”

“The bath complex includes a sauna, a hammam, a font, a Japanese barrel, three guest bedrooms and a guard house. There is also a lounge area with a kitchenette and comfortable sun beds for relaxing in the cold season and an outdoor terrace with sun loungers.”
