The owner of this apartment bought it for rent and turned to designer Irina Klinyaeva with the task of decorating the interior. “The complex is located near the leading universities of the country, the design was developed with an eye to modern and discerning youth,” says Irina. 

In the apartment it was necessary to make a functional interior with a bedroom, a comfortable sitting area and a workplace. And, of course, to think over convenient storage systems. 

Layout

The original layout of the apartment corresponded to the tasks set, so no changes were required. The developer offered a kitchen-living room, a separate bedroom, a dressing room with access from the hallway and a large bathroom. These zones were left, betting on the arrangement of furniture, zoning and functional filling of the space.
