“This small but very nice apartment with perfect rectangular proportions and three large windows on the facade, adult children ordered as a surprise for their mom,” says designer Irina Akimenkova. — The children live abroad, and all the approvals took place remotely. I think we met once. And I did almost everything to my taste.”

“The layout includes a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a wardrobe, two bathrooms and a laundry room. Wide openings leading to the kitchen and bedroom are located on the same axis, revealing a view of three large windows facing a quiet courtyard. Thanks to this panorama, it feels like you are in a very spacious apartment, although there are only 67 square meters here.”

“When the walls were dismantled, suddenly a piece of monolith was found between the bedroom and the bathroom, which no one had seen on any plan from the developer before! It was a shock, because initially I planned a wide opening and passage to the bathroom in the center of the room. We quickly overplayed the layout and, to be honest, the dressing room even benefited from it.”
