The designer has made an apartment for rent, where you can relax and unwind, including in your own spa, which is equipped with a sauna, a free-standing large bathroom and shower. 

This apartment is located in a residential complex near Moscow on the banks of the Skhodnya River, surrounded by a forest. A place that disposes to rest and solitude. The apartment was supposed to be rented to those who come to a sports complex located in this area and want to spend a weekend away from the city. It is assumed that this may be a married couple. 

Designer Tatiana Gorkova, in connection with these introductory, had to solve several problems. Firstly, to create a modern, but rather calm interior. Secondly, to find an opportunity to place an open bathroom in the apartment with a free-standing bowl, an infrared sauna, a shower, but at the same time leave an isolated bathroom. In addition, it was important to organize a comfortable sleeping area and a separate place to rest, we decided that this should be a studio, a combined space. 

Redevelopment

According to the original plan, it was an apartment with almost no partitions, the developer separated only the bathroom. Also in the center was a load-bearing pylon. The apartment is located on the second floor, there are no living spaces below, and this means that the location of wet zones can be changed more freely than if it were housing on the middle floors. Which they did.

The bathroom was expanded to the adjacent area of the kitchen and corridor. They also did it with a bathroom. The kitchen set was moved closer to the entrance, reducing this area to the required minimum. On the remaining area, a studio space was organized: a bedroom, a living room with a TV, a dining area in the form of a bar counter.
