The customer is a successful young man, the head of the Visa to USA company and a young scientist at the same time. He wanted a “status” interior in which comfort and functionality would be combined with beautiful details. And as a basis, he asked to use his favorite colors: bright, warm shades of red, brown, brass.

On an area of 67 square meters, designer Irina Chufistova had to plan a comfortable combined kitchen-living room space and an isolated bedroom with a wardrobe. A prerequisite of the customer was to make a large bathroom with an area of at least 9 square meters. meters.

“The main techniques I used in the interior are accents and contrasts,” says the designer. — In addition, I diluted the rich warm red-brown colors with cool gray shades, which helped to balance the interior. And the black details gave him brutality and made him more masculine.” It was decided to abandon the decorative baseboard in favor of a hidden one in order to emphasize the verticals: partitions, floor-length mirrors, high doors – all this helped to give the space scale.

In the kitchen-living room, the main decoration is a spectacular island and a kitchen apron made of natural marble. The drawing was thought out in advance, and the slabs were carefully selected. All other colors are matched to the shades of the stone. So, for example, the “rusty” veins of marble echo with red textiles, chairs, pouf.

In the dining area, the designer installed an original mirror panel in addition to beautiful furniture. It visually increases the small space and allows you to balance the interior. A display cabinet with built-in lighting is installed against the wall: when it is turned on, the dining area looks solemn and acquires additional volume due to the play of light.

In the bedroom, all the attention is attracted by the wooden panels behind the headboard of the bed. Their three-dimensional diagonal pattern looks especially expressive due to the built-in backlight. The designer managed to tone the walnut veneer so that a light haze effect appeared and more complex shades were added than the usual red color.

The bathroom, although decorated in more neutral tones, also supports the overall color scheme of the apartment. The walls and floor are finished with granite with a marble pattern and copper-colored veins, which refers to the design of the kitchen area. The compact freestanding bathroom is installed on a raised podium, finished with a darker shade of granite.
