Modern boathouse 127 m2 on the Ob River Design 05.12.2022 The Dejavu team has created a cozy interior in dark colors for relaxing with family and friends. The head of the studio Tatiana Bolotova tells about the project OBJECT PARAMETERS Property type: boathouse Where is located: Novosibirsk Square footage: 127 m2 Style: modern The main idea of the project is to create a comfortable space for meetings with friends and family holidays Color scheme: a combination of shades of graphite and dark wood The authors of the project: designer Tatiana Bolotova, studio Dejavu, [email protected] , www.dejavu-interior.com Kitchen, Giulia Novars. The house, built on the very bank of the Ob River, has already become our fourth joint project with customers. It was conceived as a place to relax, so the owners wanted the interior to be as comfortable as possible, filled with dark shades and contrasting combinations. The apron is made of granite Marbles Gransasso Nero Matt, Pamesa. On the floor — porcelain stoneware Marmorea Estatuario Natural, Grespania. The house has three floors. The first one occupies a garage for the ship, the second one has a kitchen-living room, and the third one has the bedrooms of the owners and their daughters. The living room and kitchen are visually separated by different floor coverings. The kitchen has an island for breakfast and quick snacks and a full dining area. The facades of the cabinets, made in an anthracite shade, are harmoniously combined with a black quartz countertop and an apron with a terrazzo pattern. We also added tinted glass showcases. They look especially impressive with the backlight on. Panel, Artisan House. Sofa, Swan. Bio-fireplace, Airtone. The fireplace area is finished with ceramic granite Paladio Coverlam Marron Pulido, Grespania. Nautica suspension chair, Expormim. On the floor — granite Manhattan cognac, Porcelanosa. The living room has a large corner sofa with a TV area. We decorated the walls with large-format granite, plaster and wooden slats. Natural textures create a warm and cozy atmosphere. Also, the mood is set by the bio-fireplace. You can admire the play of the flame by gently swinging in a suspended chair. A metal staircase with wooden steps leads to the third floor. The first two steps are lined with thin granite with built-in lighting, which gives the staircase a solemn look. In addition, since there is no natural light in the hall, we have built additional lighting into the wall. Bed, Tomasella. Sliding doors, Sofia. In the master bedroom, the central place is occupied by a “light” bed with high legs, which offers a beautiful view of the river. There is a low partition at the head of the bed. She divides the room into a sleeping area and a dressing room. In the decoration we used a combination of decorative plaster and black painted glass. Interior doors, Sofia. In the daughters’ bedroom, we placed a minimum of furniture — a built-in wardrobe for personal belongings and a bed on which you can relax after an active holiday on the water. The color palette is dominated by calm restrained tones. The soft light of the room is filled with built-in lamps and diffusing illumination. The shower retains the general concept of the interior — dark gray brown tones, noble textures and subdued light. The design of the walls also combines different materials: tiles, decorative plaster and wood-like coating. Porcelain stoneware Linnear Nut, Colorker. Porcelain stoneware in the shower Annapurna Negro, Grespania. Shower system Parma, Omnires. Sliding partition, Radaway. Original content from the site
