Owners

Housing “with a masculine character” was built for himself and his two sons by the owner of a private company. He himself loves outdoor recreation and music. The eldest son is engaged in the family business, is fond of motorcycles. His workshop is located in the garage at the house. The youngest son is still studying at school and is fond of music.

The house was built for leisure on weekends and holidays, but now the family lives in it permanently and is not going to return to the apartment in the center of Yekaterinburg. The cottage village where the house is located is surrounded by forest. At the same time, it is located near the city, not far from a convenient and unloaded highway.

Layout

Architect Vyacheslav Nesterenko has developed an individual project of the house, based on the needs of the client and the characteristics of the site. On the ground floor there is the main structure of the premises: an entrance hall, a dressing room, a living room with a second light, a kitchen-dining room, a master bedroom, a guest room, a sauna and a boiler room, in the attic the sons’ bedrooms with separate bathrooms.
