“Our customers are a wonderful family of the millionaire blogger Karina Paletsky,” says the author of the project. — This is not the first time we have worked with this family, so we were simply told: “Do cool as you can!”. In addition to Karina, her three daughters live in the house — incredibly artistic girls who turn it into a permanent place for creativity

We wanted to create a clean and light architectural interior, not overloaded with unnecessary details, which would be an excellent location for home filming. At the same time, we sought to create a space in which customers could live comfortably, an interior that would live and develop with them.”

First of all, designer Maria Rubleva radically redesigned the layout. “We made the most of it to allocate rooms for all family members,” she says. — We decided to organize the space around the spiral staircase — the main axis of the house. It turned out to be very functional: we managed to accommodate four bedrooms, three bathrooms, three dressing rooms, a spacious two—light living room with a fireplace, a bright kitchen with access to the terrace and even a separate playroom – a home theater for girls.”

To visually enlarge the bedroom on the second floor, two windows were cut in the blank wall entering the two-light living room. They were made tinted: from the first floor it is not visible what is happening upstairs, while the hostess of the room can observe everything that is happening below. And this architectural technique has also turned into a decorator: it supports the rhythm and geometry of the graphic elements of the living room decoration.

“The most interesting detail in this interior, of course, is a snow—white spiral metal staircase that brings the whole composition together,” says the designer. — She is the center of attraction and admiration: this is the first thing that catches your eye when you enter the house. The staircase turned out to be really comfortable and easy, children run up and down it all day. It also acts as a place of rest: you can sit down on the steps to chat with each other or friends who come to visit.”

“The main character of the living room was, of course, a real wood-burning fireplace. Huge windows give a sense of unity with nature, and the fireplace brings peace and comfort to the space. We hung a metal decorative panel above it, which makes the space more interesting and expressive.”

“The kitchen has an interesting history,” the designer recalls. — The furniture chosen by the customer did not involve complex elements and original solutions, it was quite simple and standard. But we wanted to complicate it, so with the help of additional designs, we created a volume at the upper cabinets and added a decorative frieze — the kitchen started playing in a completely new way! In the kitchen there is also a “door to Narnia” — a large mirrored wall in which the door to the laundry room is hidden.”

Since the hostess of the house did not want to part with her bed from the previous apartment, it had to be fitted into the new interior. I didn’t want to complicate the wall behind the headboard with unnecessary decor, so that depth appeared in the space, large rectangular moldings were made on the wall — so it began to look voluminous, and the bedroom space became more dynamic.

There are two children’s rooms in the house: the eldest daughter has a separate room, and the two younger ones have one in common. They have beds with cute headboards in the form of bunnies, around which decorative letters flaunt M and U are the initials of the girls. Here the girls love to play, and they often sleep all three of them on a large round bed in the older sister’s room.

The house also has a playroom with a small theater stage, where the girls show their mother and guests real performances. All the elements in this space are united by a bright color scheme: an accent wall with a tropical pattern, a roomy toy cabinet, curtains, and a carpet. The podium also has a functional purpose, in addition to the theater stage: a pull—out bed is hidden in it – an additional sleeping place.
